Our day

Another lovely hot day, we had around 34 degrees. The type of nice dry heat that soaks into your bones. The kids are enjoying it, we play in the yard in the morning when its cool, around 15 to 20 degrees. We fill our paddling pool and leave it in the sun to warm. We dig in the sand and water the plants and drive around the trucks. This morning we then went shopping, Matthew had his midday snooze and Timothy and I did some Christmas crafty stuff. After the snooze we had a late lunch and went to the library. So cool in there, and got some great books which we sorted through on our return. The car actually said it was 36 at one point on the drive home but I am not sure how acurate that would be. In the late afternoon we paddle in the pool and turn on the sprinklers, Matthew loves running or toddling in and out of the spray. Timothy likes spending his time emptying the pool on the veranda floor and splash up and down in the puddles, he misses the puddles from his old home. We eat ice blocks outside and watermelon. And that is pretty much our day. Here are some pics from the weekend....

Few pics from our last saturday ride. We went and saw the new horsies and then went into town to the bell dedication. Opening of new bell tower. Very groovy, had the Governor out to do the deed.
